Case #1: Rental property – We were brought in to provide an “as-is” 3D model. Renters reviewed the digital model and signed off. When the rental was surrendered, the property owner was able to prove that all the deficiencies were caused by the renters and was able to receive money to remedy all the costs to fix up the rental.
Case #2: We created a 3D model of a bed and breakfast down the Jersey shore. While we were on vacation, the owner called letting us know that the hotel had burnt to the ground. Luckily we were able to help out and provide them with their 3D model. Many of the larger items were found in the 3D model (they didn’t have the receipts for many of the purchased items) and they were able to prove the existence of most of their assets.
Case #3: We just created a 3D model of a house for sale in Colts Neck. During the time it was listed, it had a fire and unfortunately, the town didn’t have fire hydrants to provide water to put out the fire. Luckily, another financial tragedy was avoided due to the visual documentation the home owner was able to provide.
